The Texas Organizing Project (TOP) is looking for a Digital Organizer to join their team in Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio. This person will run social media, build digital campaigns, and create content that supports racial and economic justice organizing across Texas.
The Digital Organizer manages TOP's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. They write content, run online ads, track analytics, and help move supporters from the screen to on-the-ground organizing. The role also includes training staff, maintaining the website, and working with partner organizations. Salary ranges from $42,500 to $48,500, with full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and travel reimbursement.
To be considered, you need at least two years of experience creating digital content and campaigns that move people to act. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is required. Strong project management skills matter here — you will juggle day-to-day posts alongside longer campaign timelines. Spanish-English bilingual skills are preferred. Women and people of color are strongly encouraged to apply.
