The Texas Organizing Project (TOP) is looking for a bilingual Training Coordinator to join their team in Dallas, Harris, or Bexar County. This person will build training programs for staff and community members, support leadership development, and help the organization grow its work for racial and economic justice across Texas.
The Training Coordinator will work with TOP's training department to plan and deliver learning programs for staff and members. Day-to-day work includes writing and editing training materials, supporting leadership academies, helping resolve conflicts, and making sure training is available in both English and Spanish. The role also involves some canvassing, phone banking, and travel between TOP's three home bases. Pay runs $58,000–$63,000 depending on experience, and the benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, parental leave, and more. The position is part of a union bargaining unit.
