Houston knows hurricanes, flooding, and the unexpected. When a disaster hits, emergency crews can be stretched thin. This training closes that gap. You will leave knowing how to help yourself, your family, and your block when it matters most — and you will earn a FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) certification along the way.
For over 100 years, BakerRipley has been part of Houston's fabric. We run 30+ community centers across the city, reaching over 500,000 neighbors a year — from free tax preparation and English classes to emergency rental assistance and workforce training. Where you live should not determine whether you thrive.
