Thinking about college? The University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) Office of Admissions is ready to help you take the next step. Whether you're a first-time student or returning to finish your degree, the team at UHD can walk you through applying, choosing a program, and getting settled on campus.
UHD's Office of Admissions helps new students apply for the first time, transfer students learn what credits carry over, and returning students re-enroll and get back on track. You can explore UHD's wide range of academic degree programs, take a virtual campus tour, and attend virtual information sessions — all without setting foot on campus if that works better for you.
Use what you learned here to take one concrete step toward enrollment. Call or email the admissions team with your questions before you apply — they're there to help. If visiting campus isn't easy for you right now, the virtual tour and online information sessions let you get a real feel for UHD from wherever you are. Transfer students have their own dedicated sessions, so look for those if you're bringing credits from another school.
