LISC Houston's Training for Trainers (T4T) program has spent 15 years growing community leaders across Houston. Through a mix of online and in-person workshops, skill-building sessions, and real-world capstone projects, T4T prepares everyday residents and seasoned organizers alike to advocate for their neighborhoods and drive lasting change.
T4T is a structured leadership program run by LISC — Local Initiatives Support Corporation — Houston. It covers conflict resolution, community engagement, leadership co-creation, and systems thinking (looking at how different parts of a community connect and affect each other). You learn alongside a cohort of peers, finish a hands-on capstone project in an actual community setting, and can join the Ambassadors network after graduation for ongoing support and resources.
