Who Decides
Our Justice in the Sewers campaign empowers residents to advocate for sewage justice. This campaign successfully established a $20 million Private Sewer Lateral Fund to help Houston residents repair failing sewage systems. We use interactive mapping tools and community dialogue. When we show up together, our community becomes more connected, more resilient, and more powerful.
