For over 60 years, Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston has brought people of diverse faith traditions together for dialogue, collaboration, and service to the most vulnerable in our community. IM Houston operates Texas's largest Meals on Wheels program (delivering 1.5 million meals annually to 4,300+ homebound seniors), resettles refugees from 40+ countries, coordinates thousands of disaster and community volunteers through Volunteer Houston, and fosters interfaith understanding through dialogue programs, youth leadership, and cultural exchange.

West End Multi-Service Center

The West End Multi-Service Center is a City of Houston facility on Heights Boulevard serving the Sixth Ward and Heights area neighborhoods. Located in one of Houston's older inner-loop communities, the center provides residents with access to health screenings, social services, public benefits navigation, and civic programming administered through the Houston Health Department. The Southwest Multi-Service Center is a City of Houston facility on High Star Drive serving the Sharpstown area and surrounding southwest Houston communities. The center brings health screenings, social services, public benefits navigation, and civic programming directly into one of Houston's most ethnically diverse areas. Sharpstown and the broader southwest corridor have significant immigrant and refugee populations, and the MSC plays an important role connecting these communities to city-administered resources and support programs.
