Empower Her Patient Navigation

Dedicated navigators walk alongside patients from diagnosis through treatment and recovery.

Overview

The Rose's nationally recognized Empower Her program assigns a dedicated Patient Navigator to every person who receives a breast cancer diagnosis. Navigators are present when the diagnosis is shared and provide one-on-one advocacy, mentoring, and emotional support through the entire journey from diagnosis to treatment. We welcome everyone in our community regardless of background or ability to pay.

IM Houston

For over 60 years, Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston has brought people of diverse faith traditions together for dialogue, collaboration, and service to the most vulnerable in our community. IM Houston operates Texas's largest Meals on Wheels program (delivering 1.5 million meals annually to 4,300+ homebound seniors), resettles refugees from 40+ countries, coordinates thousands of disaster and community volunteers through Volunteer Houston, and fosters interfaith understanding through dialogue programs, youth leadership, and cultural exchange.

The Denver Harbor Multi-Service Center is a City of Houston facility located on Market Street in the Denver Harbor neighborhood on Houston's east side. Operated by the Houston Health Department, the center connects residents to public health programs, social services, community education, and local government resources. The facility serves as an anchor institution for a historically working-class neighborhood with deep roots in Houston's Latino and longtime industrial workforce communities. Magnolia Multi-Service Center

The Magnolia Multi-Service Center is a City of Houston facility on Capitol Street serving the Magnolia Park neighborhood on Houston's near east side. Magnolia Park is one of Houston's oldest Latino communities, and the MSC is positioned to serve a population that includes many Spanish-speaking families, recent immigrants, and long-established households.
