Goodwill Houston just opened its first Education and Training Center in the South Gessner community. This groundbreaking facility helps local workers gain skills for today's job market. The center focuses on three key areas: repair and maintenance, information technology, and clean technology. These are growing fields with good-paying jobs in Houston's economy. The center offers career readiness workshops, one-on-one coaching, and connections to community resources. This means support beyond just training. To get involved, contact Goodwill Houston directly. They offer programs for job seekers and volunteer opportunities for those who want to help others succeed.
