Founded in 1976, the Fort Bend Regional Council is a private nonprofit providing substance-abuse prevention, education, and treatment services. It runs school-based youth prevention programs across Fort Bend ISD, Lamar CISD, and Stafford MSD, plus outpatient treatment and family counseling for individuals and families affected by addiction.
Offered by a United Way of Greater Houston partner, the Fort Bend Community Prevention Coalition unites school districts, law enforcement, healthcare, faith organizations, and businesses to change environmental factors driving youth substance use. Contact fortbendcpc@gmail.com to get involved.
