Family Ties, Family Resource Services is a children and family crisis center serving the NW Houston area (NW Harris, Waller, Austin, Grimes, and Washington counties). It provides free therapy and advocacy for child and adult victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and family crisis, plus community prevention programming.
Offered by a United Way of Greater Houston partner, Client Support Services provides emergency financial assistance, basic-needs support, and job readiness training for clients of Family Ties, helping them stabilize and work toward greater self-sufficiency.
