Angel Reach is a faith-based Conroe/Montgomery County nonprofit that breaks the cycle of abuse, neglect, and homelessness by supporting young adults aging out of foster care and kinship caregivers raising relatives' children, through transitional housing, case management, counseling, and basic-needs services.
This United Way of Greater Houston partner operates a central hub of wraparound services, including case management, counseling, employment coaching, educational guidance, a community kitchen, showers and laundry, and computer access, free for youth and kinship families in its programs.
