Angel Reach is a faith-based Conroe/Montgomery County nonprofit that breaks the cycle of abuse, neglect, and homelessness by supporting young adults aging out of foster care and kinship caregivers raising relatives' children, through transitional housing, case management, counseling, and basic-needs services.
This United Way of Greater Houston partner offers a 2-year residential program providing safe housing and food security through family-style homes and independent duplex units in the secure Angel Reach Village for youth ages 18-24 at risk of homelessness or aging out of foster care.
