Angel Reach is a faith-based Conroe/Montgomery County nonprofit that breaks the cycle of abuse, neglect, and homelessness by supporting young adults aging out of foster care and kinship caregivers raising relatives' children, through transitional housing, case management, counseling, and basic-needs services.
This United Way of Greater Houston partner provides one free food box per week to enrolled Transitional Living Program youth and Kinship families, with weekly registration required. Pickup is Tuesdays from 9:30am to noon; contact the Kinship Case Manager to enroll.
