Staying Well
Legacy Community Health has deep roots in HIV/AIDS care dating back to its founding as Montrose Clinic. Services include free and confidential HIV testing, rapid-start antiretroviral treatment, PrEP and PEP prescriptions, and ongoing care management. The program takes a whole-person approach, connecting participants with behavioral health, pharmacy, and social services.
