Harris County Commissioners Court is reviewing a request to approve annual TIRZ revenue payments for Tax Year 2025 across twelve tax zones where the County participates. The request also includes a correction to the St. George Place TIRZ amount and an annual payment to the Harris County Redevelopment Authority under a Chapter 381 agreement tied to the Springwoods Development project.
