Harris County Commissioners Court passed a Memorandum of Understanding between Precincts One and Two. The agreement allows the city block bounded by San Jacinto Street, Commerce Street, Fannin Street, and Buffalo Bayou to become part of Remembrance Park. It was introduced October 5, 2023 and passed October 10, 2023.
