The Houston Food Bank is the nation's largest Feeding America food bank, reaching 18 southeast Texas counties through a network of 1,600 partner agencies. Kendace Culbreth, Chief Human Resources Officer, handles everything from hiring to employee well-being. Nicole Lander, Chief Impact Officer and registered dietitian, leads community programs for children, seniors, and nutrition education, along with the SNAP — Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program — and Community Assistance Program benefit services. A volunteer board of directors, chaired by attorney Michael Harris, includes leaders from energy, healthcare, banking, higher education, and logistics.
