Legacy Community Health runs clinics across the Houston area — including Deer Park, Baytown, Fort Bend, and Beaumont — where neighbors can get the care they need, from check-ups to dental to mental health support. Same-day appointments are available, and most insurance plans are accepted.
Legacy offers a wide range of services: adult medicine, pediatrics, dental care, eye exams, behavioral (mental) health, OB/GYN and maternity care, endocrinology (hormone and diabetes care), senior care, vaccinations, HIV and STI (sexually transmitted infection) screening and treatment, LGBTQ services, and an in-house pharmacy with prescription delivery. Virtual visits are available for some services. School-based health care is also offered for kids.
You can book an appointment the same day or schedule ahead using MyChart, Legacy's free online patient portal. New patients are welcome. The free LegacyOne app helps you manage your health from your phone — tracking appointments, medications, and more. If you're unsure about costs, Legacy accepts most insurance plans, Medicaid, and the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.
