Houston City Council — Public Comment Session

Overview

Houston City Council holds public comment sessions where any Houston resident can speak for two minutes on any agenda item or general city business. Sessions are held at Houston City Hall, 901 Bagby Street, Downtown Houston. You do not need to register in advance to speak on general matters. Arrive at least 30 minutes early to sign up. The council meets most Tuesdays when in session. This is one of the most direct ways to make your voice heard by elected officials who make decisions affecting your daily life.
