Smither Park: Houston's Mosaic Masterpiece

Smither Park is Houston's first art-inspired green space, created as a living memorial by over 300 artists who contributed permanent mosaic artwork throughout the entire park. Located adjacent to The Orange Show Center for Visionary Art, this unique public space was designed by visionary artist Dan Phillips alongside Stephanie Smither to honor her late husband John H. Smither, a longtime supporter of self-taught art.
