The Hope and Healing Center & Institute is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2011, housed on the St. Martin's Episcopal Church campus, providing no-cost, strengths-based mental health support, education, training, and clinical/supportive services to adults and families in Greater Houston. It is not a crisis or medical clinic.
Offered free by a United Way of Greater Houston partner to adults 18 and older, this program provides evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy in individual and group sessions teaching mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
