Gulfton and Sharpstown are two of Houston's most vibrant and diverse communities — and residents here deserve easy access to quality care close to home. Health Hub removes common barriers like cost, distance, and complicated paperwork so you can focus on staying healthy.
Services include preventative health care and family planning for youth ages 13–24; walk-in wellness exams, cancer screenings, STI (sexually transmitted infection) testing and treatment, and vaccines; dental screenings, cleanings, and basic treatments; La Tiendita food access support and help enrolling in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program); community resource navigation covering food, housing, workforce, legal aid, and victims' services; and private virtual health visits with Harris Health at the Fonteno Senior Education Center.
