Living with a disability should not mean living on the sidelines. These programs help you stay connected, build skills, and take part in your community. Caregivers and family members get real support too, so no one has to do this alone.
Programs include recreational groups for young adults and seniors that build friendships, skills, and independence. Assistive Technology (AT) Labs help you learn to use tools and software that make everyday tasks easier. Respite care gives family caregivers a planned break. There is also education and support specifically for caregivers. Veterans and active service members with disabilities are welcome in these programs as well.
