Generation Citizen partners with middle and high schools to teach civics through real community projects. Students work in groups to identify local issues they care about, research solutions, and present their work at Civics Day events. Teachers get training and resources to help students connect their own experiences to civic engagement. The program uses project-based learning where students lead their own learning while teachers guide them. Classes are designed like a democracy where all student voices matter in making decisions.
“Do not wait. The time will never be just right. Start where you stand, and work whatever tools you may have at your command and better tools will be found as you go along. ”
— Napoleon Hill
