Harris County Commissioners Court is considering a two-year Adopt a County Road agreement with Northampton Car Care. The local business would volunteer to pick up litter along about one mile of Root Road, between Gosling Road and Hildebrandt Road. The agreement runs from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2028.
