Request for discussion and possible action on the Harris County M/WBE program.

Harris County Commissioners Court will discuss and may vote on its Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) program on August 6, 2026. The program, started in November 2020, aims to direct 30% of county contract dollars to certified M/WBE firms. It is run by the county's Department of Economic Equity and Opportunity. The public can attend at 1001 Preston St., 1st Floor, Houston, TX 77002.
