Harris County may extend its IBM TRIRIGA facilities management software contract through July 2027 at no additional cost.

Harris County Commissioners Court will vote on July 9, 2026, to extend its contract with eCIFM Solutions Inc. for IBM TRIRIGA software through July 31, 2027, with no price increase. IBM TRIRIGA helps Harris County track buildings, manage leases, plan maintenance, and manage space across county properties. The contract was first awarded in early 2021. Holding the price steady continues access to the software without added cost to taxpayers.
