Harris County Commissioners Court approved an agreement with the Property Owners Association of Balmoral, Inc. The agreement covers maintenance of parallel parking spots to be built within the existing right-of-way along Black Grouse Drive to Craigowan Drive and Invergelder Drive in Precinct 3.
