Harris County Commissioners Court is voting on a formal agreement with the City of Houston to design, build, and maintain new water lines in east Houston's Precinct 2. The lines would run about 2.5 miles west along Clinton Drive from the East Water Purification Plant onto Mascot Street, plus about 4,000 feet south along Mayo Shell Road from Clinton Road.
