Request for approval to execute an interlocal agreement with the City of Houston for design, construction, and maintenance of new water lines on Clinton Drive 13,000 feet west from EWPP continuing onto Mascot St, and on Mayo Shell Road from Clinton Road to 4,000 feet south, Precinct 2.

Harris County Commissioners Court is voting on a formal agreement with the City of Houston to design, build, and maintain new water lines in east Houston's Precinct 2. The lines would run about 2.5 miles west along Clinton Drive from the East Water Purification Plant onto Mascot Street, plus about 4,000 feet south along Mayo Shell Road from Clinton Road. The vote is scheduled for July 9, 2026. The public may attend or watch online at harriscountytx.gov.
