Harris County Commissioners Court will vote on July 9, 2026, on a $1,913,084 contract with Isani Consultants, L.P. for engineering services on the West Memorial Subdivision Drainage Improvements – 2026 project in Precinct 4. The work is part of Harris County's effort to reduce flooding in residential neighborhoods, funded in part through the 2018 flood bond program.
