Harris County may partner with Manheim Houston to clean up about one mile of North Eldridge Parkway from Aug. 2026 to July 2027.
Harris County Commissioners Court is reviewing an agreement with Manheim Houston to clean up litter along North Eldridge Parkway. The cleanup would cover about one mile, from FM 529 to West Little York Road. The agreement would run from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The item was introduced on June 12, 2026, as an Interlocal Agreement (File 26-4052).
A private company would take responsibility for picking up litter along about one mile of North Eldridge Parkway near your neighborhood for one year.
