Harris County Commissioners Court is being asked to approve a batch of property tax refund payments owed to county taxpayers. Under Texas law, refunds over $5,000 must get Court approval before the Tax Office can send payment. File 26-5809 is scheduled for the September 17, 2026 meeting.
