Harris County Commissioners Court approved an order allowing eleven volunteers, certified through Bandit Sign Volunteer Certification Training by the Harris County Attorney's Office, to remove and dispose of signs placed in violation of county rules under Sections 393.002 and 393.003. The policy passed on September 17, 2026.
