Harris County Commissioners Court will vote on changes to its Personnel Policies and Procedures on August 6, 2026. These rules cover all county employees, including Harris County Flood Control District workers. File 26-5087 was introduced July 23, 2026. The specific changes have not been publicly detailed yet.
