Harris County Commissioners Court approved a one-year contract renewal with Sago Solutions LLC and Ceballos Construction, LLC to remove and dispose of drainage sediment in the South area for the Harris County Flood Control District. The contract runs October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, at a cost of $1,497,156. The contract includes a Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) goal of 29.89%.
Harris County pays contractors to remove sediment from drainage channels. Clogged channels can reduce flood control. This contract covers the south area of the county for one year.
