Harris County Commissioners Court approved a letter allowing Dinana LLC to apply to the State of Texas to provide non-critical, non-911 emergency medical services in Harris County. This action follows Section 773.0573(b) of the Texas Health & Safety Code. The policy was introduced on May 18, 2026, and passed on June 11, 2026.
A new company may soon be allowed to provide non-critical, non-911 emergency medical transport in Harris County. Residents who use non-emergency medical rides could have a new service option available.
