Harris County is updating the budget details of an existing agreement with the Harris County Domestic Violence Coordinating Council. The change covers the Early Childhood Resiliency Fund program, run by the Department of Economic Equity and Opportunity, from May 7, 2024 through September 6, 2026. The total contract amount does not increase. This amendment was introduced to Commissioners Court on July 16, 2026.
