Harris County Commissioners Court will vote on July 9, 2026, on a contract change that would cut $500,000 from an existing agreement with Tejano Center for Community Concerns, Inc. The original contract used American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money to pay for home repairs for low- and moderate-income Harris County homeowners.
