Harris County Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2026, to consider revising the recorded subdivision plat for EDEN SEC 1 in Precinct 4. Under Texas Local Government Code 232.009(c-1), nearby property owners within 200 feet will receive written notice. The Court can approve the revision if it won't harm existing property owners' rights.
