Harris County Precinct 3 Commissioner Tom S. Ramsey introduced Resolution 26-4105 on June 17, 2026, asking the Commissioners Court to formally recognize June as Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month. The Court took up the item at its June 25, 2026 meeting. Every June, this awareness month raises attention to Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, promotes brain health, and supports families and caregivers across Texas and Harris County.
