Healthconnect Texas (formerly Greater Houston Healthconnect) is a Houston nonprofit that helps partners across Texas connect information and turn data into action. It combines a health information exchange and a community information exchange across 24 Southeast Texas counties, and supports programs such as the Houston Fire Department's ETHAN telehealth triage service.
