FLAS, Fundacion Latinoamericana de Accion Social, supports the LGBTQ Latino community across greater Houston. It offers caring, culturally affirming services including behavioral health, substance use treatment, HIV and STD testing and counseling, and food assistance. The group grew out of early efforts to fight the impact of AIDS in the Latino community.
