Fulton Gardens II is an affordable independent-living apartment community for seniors age 62 and older in Houston's Near Northside, across from Moody Park. The 39-unit building is developed and operated by Avenue (Avenue Community Development Corporation) and supported through HUD's Section 202 program, so residents pay a portion of their income toward rent. It offers older adults an affordable, welcoming place to live.
