Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation is a community-based nonprofit in Houston's historic Fifth Ward, founded in 1989 by residents and local leaders. It builds and preserves housing, creates economic opportunities, and supports community leadership and neighborhood services. It is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency and a NeighborWorks affiliate.
