Strong leadership creates lasting change that spreads throughout Houston. When ALF trains one leader to be more collaborative and mindful, that person brings new skills back to their workplace, neighborhood, and community groups. By connecting diverse leaders who might not otherwise work together, ALF builds bridges across different parts of the city. This network of trained leaders can tackle big challenges more effectively because they have the relationships and skills to work together for solutions that benefit everyone.

Community Solutions (Activate Phase)
Learn how to create and launch your own project to help Houston. You'll get coaching, support from other leaders, and money to get started.
ALF Fellows Leadership Program
This program teaches business, government, and nonprofit leaders how to work together better to help Houston. Leaders spend a year learning new skills through retreats, outdoor trips, and community projects.
