DSDN hosts two annual retreats designed for parents of children with Down syndrome to connect and recharge. In 2026, the Rockin’ Mom™ Retreat will take place September 24–26 in Phoenix, Arizona and welcome approximately 400 moms. The Rockin’ Dad™ Retreat will be held July 10–11 in Twin Cities, Minnesota with approximately 75 dads. ​ Our retreats bring together a deeply engaged community of parents seeking connection, encouragement, and practical support.
