The platform goes beyond simple star ratings. When we write a review, we fill out a detailed survey about key rental experience factors. This data creates the first-ever Resident Trust Index, which measures how much trust exists between renters and property managers. The index looks at property safety, cleanliness, management communication, and maintenance response times. The system especially helps younger Americans under 35, along with Black and Hispanic communities who are most likely to rent according to the Pew Research Center. Good landlords who score high on the index can get certified as quality home providers, making them stand out to potential renters.
