Network Weaver Says Goodbye to Communications Manager
Marie DeMange is leaving her job as Site and Communications Manager at Network Weaver after almost 8 years. She helped the organization grow and connect people who work to strengthen communities. Marie thanks her team, especially June Holley and The Leadership Learning Community, for being great partners. Alexandra Urdaneta will take over Marie's role. Network Weaver helps people learn how to build stronger networks and create positive change in their communities. Marie is starting new work as a consultant to help other organizations and networks. She feels grateful for her time at Network Weaver and the chance to meet many amazing community builders. The organization continues to offer free resources to support fairness and positive change for everyone.

Wow! Almost 8 years with Network Weaver and what a blessing it has been. As I embark on a new journey, it is with a bittersweet heart that I say farewell to the role of Site and Communications Manager for Network Weaver. The position has carried me through so many years and inspired so much change and growth.
I cannot express enough the immense gratitude I feel for June Holley and The Leadership Learning Community team for being who they are – continually uplifting and modeling what it means to co-create in inspired action and show up with such authenticity and care for each other. It has also been a wonderful privilege to have the opportunity to connect with so many of you amazing weavers.
Alexandra Urdaneta is taking up the mantle that I now set down and she’s absolutely the perfect person to carry the work forward.
