About High Meadows Branch Library
Hi, I’m Rob Nunez. I joined Harris County Public Library in 2025 and have worked in public libraries since 2012.
My love for learning and technology began early, thanks to my mother, a dedicated teacher, and the support of the Aldine Library. A librarian there introduced me to books that helped me learn computer programming, sparking a lifelong passion for helping others navigate technology. Throughout my career, I’ve found joy in making tech more accessible—whether it’s guiding someone through the Libby app or demystifying AI models. Libraries are more than just places to borrow books; they are vital community spaces that foster growth, connection, and opportunity. Outside of work, my wife, a children’s librarian, and I are raising our son to be an avid reader and a source of smiles and well-being.
I welcome any opportunity to connect, so if you have a question or comment, feel free to email or call (832) 927-5540.
